Movement & Gait Analysis
Assessing movement is foundational to our understanding you as an athlete. Each of us has a unique movement strategy that needs to be understood to optimize performance, or recover from injury.
Custom Training plans
Our coaching plans are built specifically for you and your goals. Not only do we include your run workouts, but also drills, stretches and exercises tailored to your individual needs.
Return from injury
Our return to sport programs help get you back to full, pre-injury levels of activity, if not better than you were before. Being injured is hard, but coming out of it a stronger, more resilient athlete is our goal!
