Dr. Laura LaMarche has developed hundreds of return-to-run programs for her patients of all levels. She designed the SLC Marathon’s half-marathon training plan and continues to create graded programs for the University of Utah’s NCAA Cross Country team for return-to-sport after injury.
Laura is a USATF Level II coach, RRCA coach, and an Apprentice Sprint and Endurance Coach for Altis World.
Not only do you get training plans from an experienced coach, but also a physical therapist with 15 years of running injury and biomechanics experience!

Our plans are tailored specifically to you. From the Gait Analysis test, we will fine tune your form to work on efficiency as well as reducing risk of injury. The static exam will highlight your mobility + strength deficits, adding these elements to your training plan to help give you a strong run foundation. Using Training Peaks platform, we can seamlessly navigate your race or event training that pull together your run schedule, your specific run exercises, and drills all in one place.
SEAMLESS TRAINING PLAN PLATFORM
Coaching plans are delivered in Training Peaks, which syncs to most wearable or tracking devices for shared access. It is a great platform for not only delivering your specific training plan but also communicating via messages and modifying it at any time.
Training Peaks gets to know you based on your training, like what heart rate you should be at for a specific zone. This helps ensure you are training optimally and targeting your effort correctly!
