Our 4-week RunFIT combines science and coaching to help runners build strength, improve mechanics, and enhance overall durability. Through targeted exercises and expert guidance, the class focuses on injury prevention, efficiency, and performance, ensuring you become a stronger, healthier runner.

  • Class 1) Our Posture

    The first class forms a bridge from breathing to core activation to postural awareness

  • Class 1) Our Stability

    The second class is all about stability, from the foot to the trunk! A stable runner is a resilient runner

  • Class 3) Our Stride

    The third class focuses on stride efficiency, and improving your landing with the ground.

  • Class 4) Field Day

    Lets get outside and work on integrating all the concepts from the first 3 classes into operation: think drills!

Class Details

  • EACH CLASS IS 60 MIN, ONCE A WEEK FOR 4 WEEKS

  • HANDOUTS ISSUED AT EACH CLASS

  • COME READY TO WORKOUT (AND CLEAN SHOES!)

  • THIS CLASS IS APPROPRIATE FOR ALL LEVELS AND TYPES (NOVICE, DISTANCE, SPRINTERS, TRAIL RUNNERS)

  • ENTIRE SERIES IS $200 PER PARTICIPANT.

  • THESE ARE SMALL CLASSES WITH VERY LIMITED SPACE
